I went to one particular dealership and either they didn’t think I was serious or they didn’t have the time. Anyway, my husband and I went to Center Subaru . We were greeted as soon as we arrived and introduced to Jonathan Villamar. He asked what we were looking for and immediately came up with a couple of prospective cars for us to check. We chose one and Jonathan showed it to us. We liked it and put down a deposit. Jonathan asked when we would like to pick it up, I said how about Friday, Jonathan said I could drive it home today if I wanted! I needed time to prepare. When we arrived on Friday, there was my car shinning in the sunlight. Jonathan explained all the buttons to me and took the time to explain the guide books in detail to us. Had Andy not been persistent, but not overly annoying with emails and calls, we might never have driven almost an hour to get to Center Subaru. I would recommend this dealership highly! An hour or so after dropping my car off, Wayne Maher was in touch with me to assure me that everything was okay, and my car was ready to be picked up. Liza Wynne is always good about following up to make sure everything went okay, and to remind you of your appointments. Everyone is super friendly, and actually takes care of the customer regardless of the concern. I’ve had an awesome experience with Center Subaru since the beginning. I appreciate that they appreciated my credit worthiness and treated me accordingly. I as also pleased with the turnaround time of the process, basically overnight. My initial inquiry was followed up quickly and by mid afternoon the next day, everything was done. (It may have been accomplished in one day if I didn't have another appointment on the day I checked out the car.) My only concern is the value that I was given for my trade. I looked it up before going to the dealership and kbb.com said it was worth more than what I was given. I went through with the deal because I felt that the car was ideal for my needs. More
