The Ascent - a "Great" the replacement of the Tribeca The long wait for the "replacement" of the Tribeca was worth it. Amazing Experience! After being burned my another local Subaru dealership (sold the car out from under us), we found two used Foresters online at Center. My wife immediat After being burned my another local Subaru dealership (sold the car out from under us), we found two used Foresters online at Center. My wife immediately called to check stock and Allie answered the call. She pulled the paperwork while we were on the phone and assured us that she would hold the vehicles for us. A few hours later, we arrived, an hour before the dealership closed. Allie introduced herself; we were impressed from the start. She was extremely friendly - not pushy or sales-pitchy whatsoever. Since we had our four year old with us, I went on the first test drive and we chatted. Upon arrived back at the dealership, my wife then took a drive. Once they got back, we decided on a 2017 Forester Premium. Allie ran the numbers and helped us to secure the car.. I was most impressed on how she stayed well past closing to help us with everything, even offering food for us and our son while we waited. Allie was a real pleasure to deal with - she spoke to and treated us like people, not another commission check. She answered every question we had and explained everything very well. Greg from Financing helped us with the paperwork and explained the upgrade packages very well, presenting options for us; we worked out a deal and settled on the extended warranty which covers pretty much everything, less basic maintenance items. The dealership itself was extremely clean, very inviting, and all employees were very friendly. I look forward to having my vehicle serviced by Center and doing business with them again. More
