Mike made this car buying experience so easy and explained everything someone would want to know. He went over every possible color combination and model available. He took his time with me and made sure I didn't leave the lot without understanding every aspect of not only the car but the agreement as well. When it came to financing the vehicle Greg Shenas was a huge help to me by explaining everything in detail so I was 100% confident in what I was signing. This being my first brand new car I definitely appreciated his explanations. I'm sold for life and when it comes to getting my next car I will 100% head back to Center Subaru in Torrington and talk with Mike Persechino again! More

I decided to check out Center Subaru after noticing they have a large new and used inventory of Subaru's. I had a great experience from the get go. We were quickly greeted for our appointment at the front desk by Miles who called Joe over right away. Joe was extremely professional, caring, and funny. At no point during the sale process was there any sort of pressure. Joe worked to get me a fair trade in value for my Volkswagen. He took his time and explained everything in detail. The whole experience with Joe was 100% transparent which was something I have never experienced before. All my other car buying experiences were less personal and pushy than at Center Subaru. I was in and out in around 3 hours which I felt was very good considering I was trading in a car, test driving at my leisure, and then going through the entire loan approval and financing process. More

The day I picked up the car, I noticed a rip in the car's tint when I got it home that wasn't there before. Not only did they fix the problem free of charge but they picked up the car from my work, which wasn't close, and returned it the same day! Great service from a great dealership! More
