The finance process was very smooth with no pressure to add packages and additional warranties. James Sands (Sandsarino) was extremely knowledgeable and efficient with the process, and was easy to talk to. It was nice to have one on one time with Michael Fortin to go through all the features of the car. As first time Subaru owners, this was quite helpful! Salesman located car I thought I wanted within hours. Wish I had seen and test-driven it first but, since I had owned two Subaru Outbacks prior to this, I took a lot for granted. The outward a hours. The ride is not quite as smooth and to drive, it feels more like a truck. The lane assist lights on the windshield are a terrible distraction at any frequency. More
