Fantastic Service I had an issue with my car recently and was sure I wouldn't be able to get it in for days. A great car-buying experience We hadn't bought a new car in over ten years so we were a little nervous about it. But from the moment I first walked into the showroom, the experien We hadn't bought a new car in over ten years so we were a little nervous about it. But from the moment I first walked into the showroom, the experience could not have been better. Tai Maher, a salesman, came up to me and asked if I had any questions, and he answered everyone of them, demonstrating his in-depth knowledge of the car's features. I gave him my name but asked that he not deluge us with phone calls like the other dealerships have done in the past. During the whole process of figuring out which car we wanted, Tai never pressured us to decide quickly. Once we finally landed on a red Legacy Sport on the lot, we were able to do the negotiations via email, gave a deposit over the phone and were able to apply for credit via a website. When the day came to pick up the car, we were greeted right away by Kevin who gave us some refreshments and took us out to see our car all cleaned and waxed. We then met with Greg the finance guy, who took us through the whole purchase process in a very short time and was very personable. He also explained the lifetime power-train warranty which will be very valuable as we tend to keep our cars for a long long time! When we were done buying the car, Tai took us out to put the new plates on and spend a good 45 minutes walking us through the Starlink, Eye-Sight, Apple Car play, climate controls, and all of the other car features. One of the other saleman, Joe, also came out and talked to my wife about the car and gave her some valuable tips (since he owns a legacy as well). We had not bought a car at Center Subaru before, but going forward they will be our preferred dealership! More
