I stopped by Center Subaru to setup an appointment for our 6 month service and request some minor repairs and computer updates to our 2020 Subaru Legacy Limited. The service staff took the time to fully understand each item we were requesting, and effectively communicated them to the service team. We got an appointment with a loaner vehicle within the week, When I dropped-off the vehicle at 8:00 AM, everyone was totally attentive to our needs, and the loaner vehicle they provided turned out to be a new 2020 Subaru Forester with only 550 miles! Due to my wife's chemical sensitivities, we specifically requested that no cleaning chemical be used in the interior, and the service team did exactly what we wanted, using only plastic covers on the steering wheel, shifter, and seat. All work was completed by 3:00 PM, an hour ahead of schedule. The service team fully explained what was performed, and they went out of their way to make sure I had no questions or concerns. My wife also had an excellent experience with Liza Wynne in service, who was able to make some corrections to our contact information with Subaru. More
