I have been at other dealers where it felt I was just ano Harry Ranney made the buying experience on my 2015 Subaru Outback pleasant and informative. I have been at other dealers where it felt I was just another face in crowd but Harry took the time to explain all the differences between the levels of trim. This allowed me to decide which model made sense for me versus having a sales person show me what they have in stock first, in order to push that vehicle on me, and then me having to ask the same question over and over, "Does this package come with this or that?" I noticed that at Center Subaru all the sales people sit customers down and spend the time to ask questions first so they can ensure they are getting the right vehicle for customers instead of wasting a lot of time walking all over their lot aimlessly. Harry was very patient when it came time to figure out how much it was going to cost. I am one of those people that must have all the financial details itemized in order for me to decide and Harry presented the itemized sales cost in a manner that was very clear and spent the time to go over each cost rather that throwing the number in front of you and expecting you to ask before any explanation is given. It seemed that the little details mattered to him as much as me so I could make an informed decision. Before I made my decision I visited several car dealerships on advertised specials that seemed to good to be true and were designed to get me there only to find out that the advertisement was misleading. The price always magically changed once I sat down at sales person desk and unfortunately the price always went the opposite direction UP! Harry explained this would happen, he was right and one of the only truthful sales people I dealt with, he is a breath of fresh air. If you are looking for a straight forward, honest, informative sales person Harry is that guy. He is a person that genuinely cares about you. I highly recommend him, and from what I noticed you would be making a wise decision to shop with any of the sales people there at Center Subaru. A new and now forever loyal Center Subaru Customer!! From oil changes, services, and the most recent purchase of our 2013 Outback. We never have felt pressured to make a decision and the knowledgable and friendly staff make the process stress free. Chris Miller was a pleasure to deal with on our last purchase and George Coates was super to deal with when we purchased our Forester. Great buying experience I visited several dealerships before ending up at Center Subaru and I expected the same old treatment, but to my surprise I found a sales guy that lis I visited several dealerships before ending up at Center Subaru and I expected the same old treatment, but to my surprise I found a sales guy that listened and helped me get the right car.
