After we purchased cars at another Subaru dealership and a year passed we were implored by Joe and Mark in the service department to come back for our next car as they said things had changed at the dealership and they'd be sure we were treated better. We went in two days ago and I am thrilled to say they were right! We were helped by Tracy and he was very personable and knowledgeable. He listened to what we wanted and worked it out quickly so we could get exactly what we wanted, The process was quick and easy and made up for everything that happened before. We are now the proud owners of a 2015 Forester and could not be happier that we gave Center Subaru another chance. As Joe was off Sunday, Tracy was even kind enough to give our long time go to sales person the credit for our purchase which really shows how kind and how great team players the salesmen are. We would recommend to anyone whom has left Center Subaru for the same reasons we did to give them another chance and anyone whom has never been to go to Center Subaru as you will not be disappointed! A friend told me about her experience at Center Subaru and so I went. I was greeted by Frank Marchion who immediately put me at ease and asked me about what my car needs were. I do not have great credit, but needed a reliable vehicle for my business to replace my 1996 Ford mini van. Frank was able to show me a few vehicles in my price range, and I settled on a Chrysler mini van. I gave all of the information they needed to get me approved on the financing, and they were able to get me approved at a payment that I could handle. All the while they treated me as if I was their most important customer. I'm glad that I did not give up, and that I found a dealership willing to work with me. Thanks Frank and Center Subaru! More

Great experience I just purchased my fourth Subaru, my third from Center Subaru, and I can't say enough good things about it. First of all there was no pressure, got I just purchased my fourth Subaru, my third from Center Subaru, and I can't say enough good things about it. First of all there was no pressure, got to test drive a few different models, my sales person Chris Miller was excellent in his knowledge of the different models that they sell, and helped me make the right choice because I am very happy with my final selection. There was no wait time he offered same day drive away in my new vehicle. He went over all the technical components, and showed me how to set up Bluetooth, radio, cruise control, etc. He even called my insurance and had the new insurance cards sent to his email, you can't beat that, it was above and beyond my expectations, and he is going to enter me into the system for the 3000 mile service, another thing I don't have to worry about. I would recommend this dealership you will not be disappointed, and yes, Subaru is a well made car that you will enjoy driving for a long time. Thank you for the wonderful experience I'll be back. A little over a month ago I bought a 08 Subaru Legacy from Kittaney. He was very helpful! Did everything and anything to get me into the car I wanted and not one I could afford! Very nice. But I had to go back in because my car was making a funny smell every time my heat turned on, so with my warranty I went back explained my situation and kit helped me again and was in and out of there! I will deffinately be going back for my next car! More

I absolutely cannot say enough good things! He got me into the car of my dreams and although used, he made certain it was in new, showroom condition at delivery. Financing was hassle-free. The finance incidentals were very clearly explained and without urgency. No hidden costs and no pressure to take optional items.Pickup takes a couple of hours, but it's OK, because after signing papers, Ray spent a lot of time teaching us about all the options in our new ride.
