Scheduling the appointment was easy, everyone I spoke with during my visit was friendly and professional, the waiting room was spacious and comfortable, and the work was done relatively quickly. They had very good COVID-19 prevention measures too - the steering wheel, seat, shifter were all covered with plastic, and they had 6-ft distances marked on the floor when speaking with the associates. We set up an apt the very next day to come and test drive the car we were thinking of. Once we arrived, the car was ready and waiting for us. We fell in love with it immediately. From that point on, Mike and James made it very easy getting all the documents in order and it became a fun process. It's so rare that you hear a car purchase was fun, but it actually was. They were so helpful in answering all of our questions as well as helping us get exactly what we wanted/needed. We can't want to come back and my husband a new car when his lease is up. More

I went to the dealership during the pandemic and was happy to see social distance protocols in place. I got there right at 7:00 and was the 5th person in line. There was only one person working the service department at that time, it sounded like others were running late but Xylina was wonderful. She was very sweet and helpful. The only negative I have about my experience was the loaner car I was given. When we got to the car it had not been wiped down from the last use. Xylina quickly told me she would have someone clean the car, which she did. Someone came and cleaned the steering wheel, shifter, put covers on the steering wheel and seat and told me to drive safe! Although the car was wiped down there was garbage in the car which was a tad disappointing and makes me wonder how well they clean the cars after each use. More

The car went in for new brakes and a recall yesterday. I needed a loaner. The car had been cleaned and plastic covers were over the drivers seat, steering wheel, and gear shift lever. When I picked up my car this morning I found they had done the same thing to my car. Given these challenging Covid times it is nice to see the extra precautions they are taking to keep not only their employees safe but the customers as well! More
