Drop off was perfect. Shuttle arrived within 10 min. Pick up wasn't great. Payment processing was fine, but a few issues with truck when leaving. None of the indicators were reset, both doors had a lot of oil and dirt on them (assume from the service tech), and the windshield where sticker was placed had oil & dirt smeared around it. Nothing critical, but some someone that takes pride in keeping their truck detailed it bothered me. If attention to detail is lacking then makes me wonder how well the actual mechanical service was done. More
