Everyone that I spoke with (Kelsey, Mike, Scott and Joseph) were respectful, polite and with a degree of professionalism you typically do not find in Jacksonville. I had a great experience at the dealership. I had my 2 Granchildren with me the job was taking longer than expected. Sam had an Uber pick us up and take us home. I have a brand new traverse and have had some navigation problems.
