Made appointment and still took 3 hours to change the oil on my 2025 3500 and no wash. Hand prints all over. Worst experience I have ever had at George Moore! Samantha was very professional. Service was courteous and fast and they did what they were supposed to do. The sales staff that I was talking to was very nice too in the showroom. The only negative thing was that they could not wash my car when they ask if they could wash the car because it is a Corvette and they use brushes when they wash it. They recommended not to do it and I agree agreed but if you are going to offer a car wash, I should get a car wash. More
