I have purchased cars from this same dealer for over six years. The entire staff is friendly, and you can go to ANYONE and they will be more than willing to help answer any questions you have. You walk in and immediately am greeted with friendly faces. They are not overbearing and respect your space(they don’t hound you when you’re out shopping the floor for your next vehicle). Tom Kastrati (GM) is the most friendly person and he makes a point to say hi and is very welcoming. The finance manager Ed is wonderful to work with. And the salesman Kaine is knowledgeable, friendly and doesn’t make you feel uncomfortable, which is really great when you are deciding on your next vehicle.
