Last year we thought we bought a great car at a different dealership. Year later $13000 to fix it. Needless to say I was a little timid to not to fall into that trap again. Gerald Ford answered all my questions, understood my reluctance and gave me the assurance that I needed to ensure me the car I bought was in excellent condition. Upon test driving we heard a rattle which the next day they looked into and fixed the loose shield. We did end up buying the car. Through the whole experience, everyone at Gerald Ford was wonderful. They made sure all my needs were met and left me with an open communication if I need anything else. Shout out to Youseff for understanding my reluctance and giving me the assurance that this car was thoroughly inspected and serviced appropriately. The car that I see is actually the car I got.
