Everyone was so friendly and hopeful that it made my experience of buying a new car enjoyable. From the first day I went there I was greeted politely. Don was the first salesman that helped me and he was very knowledgeable and helped me pick a car that was suitable for me. He knew what he was talking about and he suggested the Hyundai Elantra and it was perfect. I had everything I needed and was looking for. He never rushed me into buying it the first time and he gave me time to think about it and would call me to see how I was doing. The other salesman who helped me was Dan Comiskey he was just wonderful. I was referred to him and he was an excellent choice. He was very understanding and helpful. He helped me pick out a payment plan that was in my range. He was friendly and professional making my experience smooth and easy. I felt comfortable around him because he made me feel important. He would call me later asking how everything was going with the new car and thanking me. I love my new car and this couldn't of happened if it wasn't for the great team at Gerlad Hyundai. Honest, Professional with a great price. I had shopped around and gotten a very good price from another dealer (Napleton Hyundai) but had a horrible experience dealing with the Napleton Sales I had shopped around and gotten a very good price from another dealer (Napleton Hyundai) but had a horrible experience dealing with the Napleton Sales Manager James Douvas so went to Gerald Hyundai. The difference was night and day! From the moment we walked into the Gerald dealership to the time we bought the car we were treated with a high level of professionalism and respect and bought the car at the same price given by Napleton. I would not do business with Mr. Douvas and Napleton at any price but would not hesitate to recommend Gerald Hyundai to any friends or relatives. Cannot say enough good things about the treatment from LaQuan Brown and Mike Chino! By the way, we love the car!!! More
