Excellent Customer Service I received excellent customer service from both Mike Chino and Genci Isa. I had issues with this dealership on my initial visit. I found an individu I received excellent customer service from both Mike Chino and Genci Isa. I had issues with this dealership on my initial visit. I found an individual to be condescending and too busy to work with me. I decided to go to a competitor to purchase the car that I wanted. Two days later I was contacted regarding my situation and if I was still interested in purchasing a car. I informed the individual that I had purchased at a competitor and that they lost my sale due to their attitude and lack of customer service. I was then contacted by Mike Chino. Mike was extremely helpful and very apologetic regarding the situation. I told him that I was potentially looking for another vehicle and that I would consider going to Gerald if he could guarantee a good deal and excellent customer service. I found Mike to be professional and have the qualities of an excellent manager. He paired me with Genci, who was very knowledgeable about what I wanted and what I didn't want. There was no pressure and I had set the bar VERY high due to the negative experience I had a previously. Mike and Genci restored my trust and ultimately, acquired a vehicle purchase from me. They were helpful and honest, very knowledgeable and extremely fair. They were both professional and were not pushy in any way. Those qualities are very hard to come by in car dealerships. I also had a very positive experience with Dany, the financial individual. He was very thorough and detailed in the paperwork. All in all, I would purchase from this dealer again.
