Sales rep Frank was great as was his boss!! Frank was great, not pushy, really worked with us..no pressure. Everyone we dealt with with 1 exception was great!! Dany our finance guy was pushy, rude, and condescending, really had an attitude, and to us he was not professional. We even apologized during our meeting for not wanting any additional purchases, but he just kept up with his behavior...We had such a good experience with our sales rep Frank, to end it with someone like this Dany, it was unfortunate. I thought it was maybe just me that felt like this, but when we got to the car, Steve and I were both in agreement....sorry to be so blunt, just trying to be honest, hopefully he doesn't treat everyone like this, maybe just had a bad day...Other than him, our experience was great, love the car and feel like we got a great deal! thanks More
