Excellent Experience We were just out looking at Tuscons. I was looking to give up my Porsche Macan and go with a vehicle that had a lower TCO. I worked with Fisnik and We were just out looking at Tuscons. I was looking to give up my Porsche Macan and go with a vehicle that had a lower TCO. I worked with Fisnik and he was outstanding. Very patient, accommodating and knowledgeable. No pressure and happy to answer lots of questions. We did not intend to buy that day - but Mike came out before we left and complimented my Porsche and wanted a chance to make on offer on a trade. AND, he suggested we look at the Palisade. Well, we were sold and Mike and Fisnik put together a very fair deal. offering a very respectable trade on my Porsche. These folks are straight forward, easy to deal with and honest. This is our second purchase from Gerald Hyundai. My daughter bought a 2020 Kona. The only improvement feedback I would give is I was a bit frustrated that they added a "Market Demand" premium after we agreed on a price for my trade.. I would have rather they managed their profit between the trade-in value and the price for the Palisade. But, Mike negotiated fairly and we got to a good place. Also, I have a little heartburn on the "$999.00 Security Package" - wheel locks and door guards don't cost that much. But, in any good deal each party has to be satisfied - so Gerald needs to make some money, and I needed to get a competitive deal on a very popular car with low inventory. We ended up in a good place after a very reasonable and fair negotiation. I give Fisknik and Mike a lot of credit. I enjoyed doing business with them and I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone. More
