The only problem I encountered involved my 2 car trade-in appraisals. After accepting the values I had been quoted from a different dealership, they were changed to a lower amount when my contract was offered. It was a disappointing event. However, we managed to negotiate a compromise and because when finalized, it was still an excellent overall price, I purchased the vehicle. Just not at the price originally agreed upon. This is the 3rd vehicle I’ve purchased from them and know them to be a superior dealership, this unfortunate incident not withstanding. More
