Slow entry I arrived at 9:58a for my 10:00a appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. There was only one working service bay and there were two cars park I arrived at 9:58a for my 10:00a appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. There was only one working service bay and there were two cars parked in the one that worked. I waited for about 9 minutes before someone walked out to speak with me. She told me to leave my car in the drive and go inside. I explained that I used a mobility scooter and needed to unload it first. She said that would be fine and she would move the cars blocking the service bay so that I could drive forward. She was very nice and accommodating. After my service appointment, I went out to get in my car and saw that it had not been washed. I had to go back to service to request it be washed. The service person said that they didn't wash it because of the mobility ramp on the back of my vehicle, I explained that every single time I have my car serviced at Gerald they are able to wash my car safely. Apparently, I will have to tell the service department this information every single time I am there. More

Good experience, did a lot on the phone before I even got to the dealership. Pete was great. It did take awhile, almost 4 hours from start to finish.
