Ray the vehicle MSRP was being sent to the website incorrectly and if you recall we showed you the invoice showing that the MSRP was listed incorrectly by our website provider. The MSRP on the window of the vehicle was also higher than the listing on the website. I actually had this fixed on Monday morning prior to you arriving at our dealership without me even knowing that you were interested in that vehicle when I noticed the issue on multiple vehicles. We were very kind and helpful when you were here and did not try and do anything dishonest what so ever. I can assure you that we are far from that. The $999 dealer accessories are on every one of our vehicles and is listed on every window of our new vehicles. I am sorry that you did not get what you expected, but we did nothing to deserve a review like this. I would like to speak to you and try and help you purchase this vehicle so if you like you can call me directly at 630-853-3459.

This is just another example of why not to deal with your.dealership, excuses and misleading. You never showed any such invoice paperwork, that is a flat lie in your response. As far as the $999, it does not show that on your web page or was I told anything about it until I questioned it on the paperwork. Ray we honored the discount from the website from the correct MSRP. I’m sure you noticed when you looked at the car the MSRP was higher than what the website showed because of the glitch . Mike, Based on my review your answer should have been “Ray, The events that took place were not deliberate on our part but I understand how you could feel it was misleading, And I apologize for that.” Instead, you lied and showed your true integrity.
