We've been impressed with the quality of the service, so we decided to buy a car here as well. Our experience with the sales people was great and they really bent over backwards for us. I will definitely by another vehicle from them again in the future. The biggest attraction to us was the Gerald Lifetime Warranty, and the quality of service that we've seen in the service department. The only thing I would recommend improvement on is explaining some of the "perks" a little more clearly before purchasing a vehicle. We were under the impression that the dealership was offering 3 yr/36,000 mi free maintenance (oil changes and tire rotations) on the vehicle based on the signage staged all over the showroom...but the fine print says it is only for 4 services. We had to pay extra for the full 3 yr/36,000 mile maintenance service (which is worth it, but seemed to be a little misleading). Overall, I highly recommend this dealership and the staff we worked with. More

On Wednesday morning on her way to work the check engine light My Daughter, Jennifer Wilhelmi has had a problem with her check engine light going on. On Wednesday morning on her way to work the check engine light came on. The service department made arrangements for her to bring in the car immediately and they would provide her with a longer. They did a diagnostic test and was able to locate the problem and repair it. Some of the repairs were covered by the extended warranty. So we were grateful for the extended warranty and that they were able to fix the car in a timely manner. Thank you Kevin and his team! More
