A wasted opportunity While I just bought my new car at another dealership, I recalled the awful experience I had at this location. The salesman was a very good guy and hoped that I would buy a car from Gerald Hyundai. As he called his manager Alex up, it seemed as if he was in a bad mood and was overall having a bad day. I wanted to see if he could match another Hyundai's price, however, he was extremely arrogant and said that he should raise the price not lower it. He also told me it was his last day and said that if I complained it wouldn't matter which was another lie. I had an awful experience at this location. Alex the manager was extremely rude and insulting. Avoid at all costs. More

He was able to show me exactly which trim level would meet my list of requirements without running off to look it up.
