Destroyed my opinion on car dealerships and car salesmen I was not looking forward to this visit whatsoever. I'll be honest: I did my research and was completely ready to do battle, get my way and get the I was not looking forward to this visit whatsoever. I'll be honest: I did my research and was completely ready to do battle, get my way and get the car I wanted without spending 8 hours of my time. My first contact was with Adil Fadlelmula who I was a little tough on, but the guy kept on trying to make me happy and never, ever came across as a guy who was trying to get something over on me. That calmed me down a little. Once we got going into the deal it was game time. In came Ferris Spikener, who I just assumed was there to up the game on me because he was the closer. I was tough on him too... for no good reason other than past experiences and stereotypes of car salesmen/floor managers. The bottom line: they both asked ME: what can we do to make this deal happen? All within 5 minutes? At one point, Ferris actually looked perplexed as to why I was so intense. The bottom line: I have bought my last four cars from Carmax to avoid haggling and slick salesmen. I ended up buying what I wanted, for the price I wanted and the trade I was asking for. I was in a new car and driving home in three hours. The Finance guy: Dan Rudnicki is second-to-none. Extremely conscientious and in my opinion, professional. To make the deal better, they were jamming to Sirius XM Hair Nation on the showroom floor and it got quite entertaining at times. I will never go to another dealership. Adil is a great guy and genuine. Ask for him and don't be mean to Ferris... he is there to make the deal happen not send you home mad. More

Excellent service from Gerald Kia North Aurora! Our sales consultant was Thomas Wiencek. We could have not been happier with our experience with him. Our first visit he approached us right away and within minutes was the most professional, friendly, none invasive, understanding and informative sales guy we had encountered in all of our dealer experiences. He took time to walk through the entire car, went for a test drive that included more details and then walked us through the lot of options. He let us take home the vehicle we were interested in to test drive it more. No stalking calls or texts or emails like we received elsewhere that turned us off. Our second and final time we brought my parents as well and he impressed them-which is incredibly hard to do so. My husband and I come from the hospitality world and the pile of plaques and glass awards on Tom's desk showcase not only his abilities but his true good ole personable nature. His time, energy, realistic conversations, understanding and friendly approach made our experience that much better. Buying a car can be stressful and Tom and the rest of his colleagues made it a smooth and personable night for us. There was no pressure and actually we even had some laughs. All the rest of the employees we came in contact with could have not been any more welcoming. We look forward to our service visits to Gerald Kia and will recommend not only that dealership but specifically Tom as well. More
