A great car buying experience I just bought a new Kia Cadenza at Gerald Kia, and I must say the buying experience is one of the best I have experienced. In genera, l I've always fe I just bought a new Kia Cadenza at Gerald Kia, and I must say the buying experience is one of the best I have experienced. In genera, l I've always felt car buying was a bit painful but it wasn't at Gerald in North Aurora. My salesman was Ryan Henderson who was very patient with us because we kept jumping between an Optima and a Cadenza. He was amazingly thorough, explaining all the features and new technology in each vehicle. His delivery was no pressure and he showed great concern that we got what we wanted and that we had a good experience at Gerald Kia......and we did. We got the car we wanted at the price we wanted. You can't ask for more than that. I would definitely recommend Gerald Kia and especially Ryan Henderson, my salesman. The whole team was great.
