I'm sure other salespeople at other dealership would have balked at my requests. But not Dennis. Thank you! Also, the Finance experience was good. I bought many cars and typically the finance office is not somewhere you want to be. However, Fabian Murphy was very pleasant to deal with. He showed me options to buy and I told him no. That was it. He didn't pressure me. He just explained the benefits of the various options. More

Super people, super dealership I was not sure about what I wanted or the brand. Ebony and Fabian worked with me and my indecisiveness. They showed me different options, had me test I was not sure about what I wanted or the brand. Ebony and Fabian worked with me and my indecisiveness. They showed me different options, had me test drive several and even told me to go home and get my thoughts together on which route to go and come back in the morning. That meant a lot to me. They knew I was going to buy something in the very near future and the lack of pressure helped me come to the right decision for me. If I had been pressured like so many do, I might have chosen a lower end model that when I really had time to think about it that was not for me. I wanted a few more bells and whistles than I originally thought. Now I am driving my beautiful Sorento SX. Both parties benefited from patience. More
