You have to walk out to it in the parking lot after paying so much money. Also, no one returns their phone call. I get it, you're busy. We're all busy. Now call us back. Lastly, when you are wrong, admit fault. Say "I'm sorry" and I will work to correct this. I really feel like this is a shady dealership each time I go here. Smile people, it might help. More

I leave in Northwest Indiana and have a Nissan dealer just miles from my home, but like most dealer, we had to play the buy me now price game, but with Gearld Nissan I was able to get a better price off just miles from my home, but like most dealer, we had to play the buy me now price game, but with Gearld Nissan I was able to get a better price off the internet on a newer car, and was treated better by Mr. Spikener and Mr. Gawel, without even going into the dealership. I would recommend you at least give Gerald Nissan the chance to serves your car buying needs. Now if I can only get Nick to get me the whees I want for my new Rogue, I'd be in high cotton. More

The price I was quoted for the vehicle I eventually purchased was so close to my rock-bottom opening bid that I had to do a double take. The professionalism of Bill Kudla and sales manager Nick Smiley made the entire process so smooth it was like buying ice cream! Not all car dealerships are scams. More
I came in to Nissan with my wife in order to trade in my Volvo and buy a new Pathfinder. We ended up buying a Murano instead. We worked with Ryan Bravi and his professionalism was top-notch. We received an excellent value for our trade and a great deal for our purchase. I would easily work with Nissan again in the future and I would recommend this dealership to friends and family. Every piece of the service was flawless and we have. I regrets about our new Murano. I have not so great credit, ok, horrible credit, that was one of the reasons why I chose Gerald. I worked with another dealer ironically under the same ownership and they were unhelpful (understatement) in f one of the reasons why I chose Gerald. However I spoke with Anthony and Carlos on Day 1 of my experience at Gerald and felt a bit more confident in my chances. One thing I can say is initially I was not pressured. I have bought several cars in my life and I know what to expect so I can easily over look them, the ignore button on my phone works great. I inevitably chose this dealership because they could get me financed. I would be lying if I said there was any other reason. I paid full price for the vehicle but a person in my situation has no room to bicker with prices. They were willing to make exceptions for me on my down payment and that sealed the deal. Overall my experience was good, and honestly the best I have had at a dealership. Consistent phone calls and manipulations are all a name of the game and if you don't expect this you may want to not buy a car. More
