We test drove three models and Mike helped guide us to the best purchase for our needs. The car wasn’t ready for us to bring home, so Mike drove an hour to deliver it to our house. He stayed and went through all the options we had on the car and ensured we were comfortable with it before he left! Dealership had .model and price in range I was looking for. Jeff took his time, explained various features and functions of the car (Outback), and how it compared to other Subaru's. He did not rush the sake process, but waited till I was ready take the test drive. Only when I was ready and happy with the vehicle did we enter into the sales negotiations stage. Basically, process proceeded very well. We were able to settle on a price on a very short time period with a minimum amount of haggling. Jeff was very professional and treated me with respect, also of note since I was alone and not trading in a vehicle Jeff offered to assist me in getting both my vehicles home after sales was completed.
