Good sales rep First sales rep I worked with was OK, but he never returned my calls for a quote for an upgraded model that I was interested in. Called a very helpful sales manager who got me a great sales rep that was very helpful and knowledgeable that got me the trims that I wanted to see and drive. Eventually bought the upgraded model. However, the finance guy lied about the cost of the oil change at $120 to scare us into buying the extended warranty when it really cost $50-75, which was a turnoff. More
