Go here first. Seriously, don't even bother with the other Subaru dealerships in the Chicagoland area. I live in the city and went to 3 other dealerships (one multiple times) before trekking out to Nap other Subaru dealerships in the Chicagoland area. I live in the city and went to 3 other dealerships (one multiple times) before trekking out to Naperville to buy my Subaru Outback. It was worth the trip. These guys will do everything in their power to get you the best deal. I crunched the numbers...I knew what my trade in was worth, what dealerships were selling it for, and what I thought was a reasonable amount to pay for a 2017 Outback. Not ONE of the other dealerships got me anywhere CLOSE to the payment I wanted. My salesman, Mike O'Brien, worked some kind of magic and got me to exactly the number I needed. It took a bit of convincing, but I never once felt pressured. I hate buying cars. The folks at Gerald made it easy. Driving the hour home in my new Outback I kept thinking, well that was almost TOO easy... and I was (and still am) incredibly happy with my purchase. Little details like stickers for my iPass, helping me transfer all my stuff from my old car (an hour after the dealership was closed), and mailing me the city sticker I forgot on my trade-in, set this dealership far above the others.
