New Subaru Crosstrek Everyone knows that buying a new car can be stressful and time consuming - this was by far the most pleasant car buying (or in my case, car leasing) e Everyone knows that buying a new car can be stressful and time consuming - this was by far the most pleasant car buying (or in my case, car leasing) experience thus far. I was instantly impressed with the dealership when we walked in. It was open and spacious and we were greeted almost immediately when we walked in the door by Mike O'Brien. I already knew that it was the Crosstrek that I was interested in and within 10-15 minutes, Mike had us on a test drive. It was an added bonus that there is a multi-terrain test track to really show what the car is capable of. He was extremely helpful in answering my questions and showing all the car's features. As we worked through the numbers, he always made sure were were comfortable (including providing drinks/snacks which is a small gesture but goes a long way). When all was said and done, we were there for about 5 hours, past closing time, and Mike never made us feel rushed. I would highly recommend Gerald Subaru to others! More
