Through this procedure Jeff Walker, his manager, and Tim Murray were very pleasant, knowledgeable and cooperative in coming to my purchase. Never any pushy sales maneuvers. The pick time was pleasant, however should try to shorten the time involved, an hour and 45 minutes. Should be more like 45 minutes. I am very happy with my experience with Gerald and hope the future provides the same. More
