He listened to past bad experiences at Honda and alleviated all my negative car shopping concerns. He listened to me & my brothers current stressful situation & allowed us to handle non subaru business during the leasing process. The test drive course was awesome! The detail in which Michael Price took to make sure I was comfortable in the car & confident in my choice was fabulous. His knowledge of the Subaru cars & overall company added to the entire process. He also got information for my brother who was interested in a used fire truck. Above & beyond was Micharl Price! The finance guy Anthony Mazani(something), was very helpful & courteous. Over an 8 week period, we initially looked at a new Outback then switched to looking for a used Forester and then finally decided upon a new Forester. He was accommodating with our schedules as we tests drove multiple vehicles on several occasions and prompt with communication via email and phone. He followed up with us after every visit to the dealership to see if we had any questions or if there was anything he could help us with. Fantastic customer service from Mike and great dealership all around. Everyone we encountered was pleasant and helpful. Thank you Mike and Subaru team! We love our new Forester. More

So far the best Subaru dealership Ive been to! This dealership was excellent. The staff was friendly and not at all pushy. I came in the first day to do a little research and to test drive a Forest This dealership was excellent. The staff was friendly and not at all pushy. I came in the first day to do a little research and to test drive a Forester (I previously drove an Impreza for 8 year and also a legacy). They were patient with me, and did not try to pressure me. I was not comfortable doing the transaction without my mom, so I came back the next day with her. Ehab was knowledable and very patient with me. He dealt with all of my questions and requests without giving me the impression that I was irriatating (which I know I can be!) He was attentive to my mom and ran to get her a snack when the process was taking longer than we expected. (I changed my mind about the trim of the vehicle, easily adding another 45 minutes to our 3 hour visit!). He ran and got me two different cars than the trim that I had originally picked out. He was awesome! I would also like to mention the finance guy (manager) - Tony M. I spoke to him both of the days that I visited, obviously at length the day of the sale. Zero pressure and just very informative and polite. This dealership was clean, fully stocked with drinks and snacks, and had great music, too. I will be back and I will recommend this dealership and it’s staff. I won’t name the other dealerships that I have dealt with before, but even though this one is far from me, it will be my go-to. More
