I knew I liked the car and would possibly purchase it before I even showed up I stopped in Gerald Subaru of Naperville to test drive a 2018 Crosstrek. I knew I liked the car and would possibly purchase it before I even showed up at the dealer. When I arrived at Gerald Subaru, I was greeted by the sales manager Steve who introduced me to Jim Webb. I sat down with Jim who discussed my needs/wants in a car. He was very knowledgeable and it felt like he was trying to understand what I wanted. Then we went for a test drive and I fell in love with the 2018 Crosstrek. When we arrived back at the dealer, Jim never pressured me to buy the car. He was supportive and really worked with me to find something that worked within my budget constraints. Jim really seemed more like a product specialist than a car salesman. I felt comfortable purchasing my car and I have not regretted it for a second. I will definitely be coming back! Thanks Gerald Subaru and thanks Jim Webb!!! More
