He was very friendly and put no pressure on me when it came to buying since my father was going to put more than half of a down payment on a car. Russ understood that and allowed me to talk to my dad. In the end, my dad ended up finding another car in Elgin for me and Russ was incredibly cool about it when I told him. He wasn't upset or anything like that. He congratulated me and told me to enjoy my new car.
