After much research, we walked into the dealership with a plan. We were buying a vehicle for our son's use and were intent on buying an outback. Jesse Bush introduced himself and thoughtfully listened to our needs and expectations. Jesse showed us the Outback and told us about the car. Jesse then suggested that we look at the Forrester and the Crosstrek. He correctly pointed out that both the Forrester and Crosstrek would meet all of our requirements and due to their smaller size would be easier for our son to drive. We test drove the Forrester and Crosstrek and fell in love with the Forrester. This car has great sight lines, is big enough to haul hockey equipment, and small enough to be maneuverable. Jesse made our entire experience the easiest car buying experience ever. We will definitely buy our next Subaru at Gerald. More

He offered plenty of help for every question and scenario that I threw at him. I really couldn't have asked for a better experience or salesman. I was in and out of the dealership a number of times, trying to do my due diligence as a consumer, testing the market at other places, and each time I was at Subaru warmly greeted and welcomed, without anybody being too pushy, which is the old school, tired approach of car salesman.
