I made contact with Gerald Subaru in June of 2017 and waited until the 2018 Outback w This was the first car I ever ordered custom, and fully loaded. I made contact with Gerald Subaru in June of 2017 and waited until the 2018 Outback was available. The whole process of choosing features, to picking up the vehicle and choosing point of sale add-ons was helpful. This time I bought everything, which means I'll have Subaru handle all service in the future as well. I'm excited to see how long a new Outback lasts doing everything recommended.
