Eric was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and could speak from personal experience, driving a Subaru himself. I liked that Gerald Subaru offers a test track so you can see some of the features in action, this was a great touch. Eric was patient and courteous with me and my father through the whole process and was always available to answer questions via text, email, or phone. He helped me find the exact car I was looking for and took the time to walk me though all it's features when it arrived. While the car buying purchase can be stressful and time consuling, Eric and Gerald Subaru were genuine and considerate throughout. He did not appear annoyed or put out when I was throwing out my offers for purchase during the initial negotiations. However, on our first visit Mr. U. Rodriguez was unwilling to deal and we ended up leaving. This was not a surprise but was inconvenient as I suspected there was more wiggle room in the negotiation. Mr. Price followed up, really worked for us and ultimately we came to a reasonable agreement. He put me in the car that I wanted at the price I was willing to pay. When I returned for the rest of the detailing, the service department was very good as well. Mr. Aslam was very informative, low pressure and efficient with our paperwork as well. High marks for Mr. Price and Mr. Aslam; they are very professional. I have been enjoying my new car immensely! More
