He was patient throughout and very thorough in going over the details of the vehicle with my son. I have been to many car dealerships over the years and dealt with many Sales Professionals and I would put Abib at the top of the list. In fact, the experience was so positive that we went back the next day and bought another Suburu Outback from Abib for my daughter! We test drive the car (2017 Subaru Outback and Forester) and learned the capabilities of the Subaru both off road and city driving. After processing the papers and documentations, our application was approved . Anthony Mazany gave us the good price . After explaining to us the dealership agreement, me and my wife were so happy because we got what we want in a car especially all the safety features for a Subaru . Ask For Leo Lopez - A Great Salesperson! I have gotten to know Leo Lopez and Ubaldo Rodriguez at Gerald Subaru over the past year or so as I have replaced some aging vehicles. Overall the sales department there is pretty decent & I have had a good experience. Leo Lopez is an awesome salesperson, and really gives you the amount of time you need - even when he knows you are just stopping by to "see" what's new. On several occasions he has gone above and beyond to make my wife & I feel like valued customers. Just purchased my 3rd Subaru in lest than two year from Leo this past Memorial Day weekend, and it may not be the last (I have one more vehicle to replace in the next year or so). The new Gerald Subaru location in Aurora is quite modern & nice, but all that nice stuff does come at a price. From my experience, Gerald Subaru has not always been the most competitive on price - so do shop around and compare, then bring that to Leo Lopez and see what he can work out for you. Sadly, I am not sold on the Gerald Subaru service department... I have had a few interactions over the past year and now perform most of the vehicle maintenance myself, or take to another Subaru dealership for service when necessary. Gerald Subaru is the closest dealership to me & I may give the service department another chance here in the future though. More

First Subaru I never thought I would jump from an Audi to any other car, but as the old A-6 approached 160,000 miles, life support was getting ridiculously expensi I never thought I would jump from an Audi to any other car, but as the old A-6 approached 160,000 miles, life support was getting ridiculously expensive and time consuming. After a lot of research online and in a certain consumer reporting magazine, my wife and I decided to give Subaru a try. We drove on to the Gerald lot in Naperville, and were greeted by Abid Khan. He was very polite and presented no obvious pressure. After listening to our needs and answering some questions, he guided us through the puzzle of new vs used, which model to buy, etc. His factual, unemotional and clear communication won us over. He knew the products very well and even helped with comparisons to other brands. We already knew that Subaru products were highly-rated, and he helped us convince ourselves that the Forester was the car for us. We drove a few Foresters and Outbacks, and wound up buying the first vehicle we drove at the beginning of the process. We had left the house prepared for a full day of visiting lots, negotiating, hassling with sales people and F&I departments and seeing "what the sales manager could do"....never happened. We did not need to look further. This all took place in one afternoon. Twenty-four hours later: no buyer's remorse. We bought a good vehicle, got a good deal and the whole experience was stress-free and professional. We didn't "steal" the car, but we didn't get pressured into paying more than it is worth, either. Even the dreaded meeting with the Finance and Insurance contact (Veronica Duarte) was pleasant: Veronica was professional, personable and fully attentive to our needs. These two individuals made our experience a good one; if I had a dealership, I would want them working for me. More

I was first looking into trading my vehicle, for a new 2017 Impreza hatchback manual Sport. They didn't have the car color I liked but I test drove a different one. I told Jesse if they can get a certain color, you have a chance to see me again. So he did what he can. All week I was talking to a couple of different dealerships (Grand specifically). I was talking to them more than I was talking to Jesse over at Gerald. I would tell me everything that Grand was offering me and he said one thing which was fair "Give me still Wednesday, please". I gave Jesse my word that I wouldn't make a deal until I saw what he had to offer. He and his team ended up finding one of the ONLY white imprezas around the area and had it driven all the to there dealership. It came from Wisconsin. The car arrived, and at that time I had just walked away from Grand Subaru, not because of the people, but because the numbers weren't just working in my favor (nothing against them). At this point, it was either I going to have to pass, or Jesse was going to have to throw up a hail marry with this one.... Jesse by far...is easily, one of the BEST salesman I have ever come from across. During this year, and certain situations, my girlfriend and I have had some visits to the dealerships with finding us a car. And yet he stands out from all of them in my opinion. He did his job, which was to present a customer with what they like. The number game is coming from a completely different person, not your salesman. If your product wasn't there, he did EVERYTHING he could to get what the customer wanted (my vehicle came from Wisconsin). And his overall demeanor and also personality is just a laid back guy. He didn't pressure me to do anything. I felt like this car buying, I had complete control. Our convos in between business talks were more on a friend level. Which I like. Even before we sat down and discussed numbers, we were in the back and I told him "If things don't get well out there, I wanted to let you know, you've done a great job. No matter what the outcome is". He really BELIEVES in customer service. It wasn't customer service as in do whatever to benefit the customer to buy...but customer service as in anything they can do to help. Anything. And that's what I loved about the guy. It's hard to find good people, and Jesse is one of them. Thanks for everything Jes! "You had me when I saw the water bottle" hahaha More
