However, he does not handle the in-store contacts and so we worked with Ricardo Rodriguez from then on. The buying experience was straightforward since we were already focused on this particular car. There was one up-sale attempt for an interior protection treatment. We did not attempt to bargain down the listed price - perhaps that was a mistake on our part. I was particularly attracted to this dealer by their lifetime extension of the power train warranty. However, I did not confirm whether this particular car was a "certified" pre-owed car (which would have brought additional warranties), and later learned it was not. This may be due to the fact that it had 62K miles although only 2 years old. On the third day of owning the car it would not start without a jump. Ricardo asked us to come in to have it checked, and although it took two visits, it appears they have resolved the problem with no charge to me. Ricardo was very conscientious and persistent in making sure we were satisfied. I would use this dealer again and would be happy to work with Ricardo again. More
