I did research online, and test drove several vehicles before going to Gerald Subaru. The entire process with the sales rep helping me, Mason Lies, and Gerald Subaru was made easy. The car I wanted to test drive was a six speed BRZ Limited, which happened to be in Aurora rather than Naperville. Since I had the time, Mason drove us out to Aurora. The test drive went well, but I wanted to sleep on making a decision. I decided to order a BRZ in the Subaru WR Blue. Mason made the ordering process easy. After ordering, it took the factory a couple months to deliver the car. During this time Mason kept me up to date on the progress of my order, and the car was ready a month before the original eatimated delivery date! On pick-up, Anthony and Mason did great jobs explaining everything going on and answering questions I had. Finalizing financing was fairly simple. Overall it was a good experience with Gerald Subaru and Mason! More

Our salesperson did find us a car we were happy with and took the time to explain everything. I would recommend Mason to anyone buying a car at Gerald. The day we bought the car we were the only customers purchasing a car. Why should it take four hours to purchase a vehicle? This is something this dealership should work on. It is not good customer service. It took far too long with the finance person. When we told him we did not want any upgrades he should have taken no for an answer. We almost walked out. This type of behavior is why car dealers are not in high regard. More
