He helped me order the car and kept me up to date about its arrival. Upon delivery of the car, he spent a good deal of time showing my husband and me how everything worked. There were a few minor details that had to be taken care of by the service department. He introduced us to them as well as the sales manager and finance manager. More

The Gerald Exclusive Lifetime Warranty is a gimmick 1 review 1.0 star rating 5/3/2017 I purchased a used Subaru Impreza from this dealership 3 years ago. Part of the reason that I felt comfortable 1 review 1.0 star rating 5/3/2017 I purchased a used Subaru Impreza from this dealership 3 years ago. Part of the reason that I felt comfortable purchasing a used car was that they offered a lifetime power train warranty. I also purchased an additional bumper to bumper warranty. Last August, while the bumper to bumper warranty was still in effect, the car suddenly stopped working during the middle of a left turn. They did not cover that clutch repair. That repair cost me $1,700. Now, I am having engine trouble, and they are refusing to cover the cost of repairs even though the part is definitely part of the power train. This will cost me $2,300 to repair. I will never purchase a car from this dealership, and I may be turned off from Subaru's for forever because of the treatment I have received. The man I spoke to in the service department was very polite, but this is definitely a systematic problem with how the dealership is run. More

Shopping for a SUV Mason is very knowledgeable and most patient salesperson, he explains everything in detail, he knows about all models of Subaru from front to back. It was a windy and rainy day but that didnot stop Mason to go out and get the cars for us. My husband and I took turn test drove each car around the neighborhood. Thanks for a pleasant car shopping experience without high sales pressure, the zero % interest rate also helped with the purchase decision.
