They won our trust because they tried harder at the end, particularly Kelly Thomas and her professional team effort. We had choices and perhaps at less cost elsewhere, but Kelly assisted us with "10 Stars" in reaching our ultimate new Outback Limited choice. Other dealerships were as product savvy and very persuasive but in the end, we felt comfortable with their responsiveness when we seriously looked at cancelling a deal of less value for a Premium vs. Limited vehicle option. The process up until meeting Kelly and her efforts may have been shortened, however, we were also getting "sold" from other dealers and angles at the "end of a month crunch." We're bottom line people and hopefully others who use this very positive review of Gearld Subaru of Naperville ultimately, seek a similar good experience as ours was in the end. Now it's up to our new car and Gerald/Subaru Service commitments to hold to their good faith promises. More
