Cynthia gave us a decent quote, so we decided to purchase our new Forester from Gerald Subaru (we live We quoted online and was contacted by Cynthia. However, we tried to pick up the car in the following weekend, but Cynthia was off on Friday (we quoted on late Thursday). So we were transferred to Manny. Manny helped us find a right car efficiently, provided us with a great quote, and reserved an in transit car for us. It was a good experience working with Manny for his great service and prompt response. He was always patient and tried to solve my questions and requests asap. The day before we picked up the new car, Manny referred us to Jesse. Jesse contacted us right away. On the day of picking up our new car, he helped us on dropping our rental car and brought us back to office. Jesse is friendly and easy to work with. He explained all paper works and optional packages to us. He answered our questions patiently but didn't put pressure on us to buy the optional packages. He knows the car pretty well even though he didn't work at Gerald Subaru for a long time. He showed us many functions of our car. We have eyesight system. It would take us a long time to figure it out without the help of Jesse. I think Jesse is a great salesperson. We really appreciate Jesse and Manny, and would like to work with them again if we are buying another Subaru in the future. More

Appreciated Leo's approach: easy going, informative, patient, seemed honest, and also didn't hurt that he drove an older model of the car I was interested in. I respected the fact that he "asked for the sale" or "what it would take" to get me into the vehicle when we were done test driving. I had a number in my head of what I wanted for my trade in and what I wanted to purchase the new vehicle for. Leo made that happen. He didn't play games or make me feel bad, guilty and or awkward.. rather kept the conversation going with management and got me the deal I had asked for.
