New 17' WRX coming home I wasn't the easiest customer to deal with as there were many factors that had to fall into place to be able to drive the WRX off the lot. Purchased a new 2017 Forester Premium I used TrueCar to get the best price and worked with Leonard Batson. I ordered the car from the factory and once it came in (it took over 8 weeks once the order was placed) I worked with Mike Price to close the sale. My wife and I went into Gerald Subaru at 3 PM on a Monday and left a bit after 5:30 PM, which I thought was a long time to conclude the sale, since the price had already been negotiated. I was very disappointed that I had completed the 'paperwork' for a car loan through Subaru on the Gerald Subaru web site and was told that there was some missing information. I find that hard to understand when each page that you are required to fill out must be completed in full before you can go to the next page of the application. So I completed the process again before my wife and I went into the dealership to pick up the car. And then I had to go through the entire process again with Mike. That is a very poor use of my time. If the application process on the dealer web site has to be repeated once you're at the dealership, why put yourself through the application process twice?! Anyway, there was some pressure exerted to convince us to take out the paint protection, upholstery protection, etc. package by Mike, and then we got another push to take out 4 different packages, including an extended warranty, by the business manager who closed our loan. I wouldn't call the pressure excessive, but they were persistent. I was also a little disappointed that the dealership didn't do something special for us since we just dropped $30K on a new car. Overall, it was an OK experience purchasing the new car at Gerald Subaru, but it wasn't something that would cause me to recommend others to rush to this dealership to buy their next car there. More

Great Customer Service, Fun Staff I was not planning on purchasing a vehicle but I happened to find one that I liked and stopped in. I met with Eric and write went for a test drive and he seemed to take his time and really educate my husband and I on the vehicle. I usually hate going to dealerships cause sometimes you feel pressured but I did not feel like that at all with Eric. He asked what I was needing and what would make me feel comfortable with financing. After deciding to make the purchase I then met with Anthony who took his time to explain the paperwork of the loan and warranties. Both Eric and Anthony were a pleasure to work with and seemed very knowledgeable and outgoing. Very happy with my decision and will recommend this dealership to my family and friends. More
