Great experience buying a Crosstrek! I had my first Forester for more than a decade. Although I was very interested in the Crosstrek, I came in initially thinking I was going to get anoth I had my first Forester for more than a decade. Although I was very interested in the Crosstrek, I came in initially thinking I was going to get another Forester. After test driving both vehicles I ended up getting the Crosstrek and am so happy with it! My experience at Gerald was great -- Eric was absolutely fantastic to work with! He was very kind and patient with all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. He took care to listen to what I was looking for in my next car, and made sure I was comfortable with my final decision. When it came time for financing I worked with Anthony, and I had a great experience with him as well. I truly appreciated how friendly both Eric and Anthony were. Eric was Awesome! I really didn't even plan on buying a car today. I was in the area and decided to stop in and see what was available. I told him I wasn't likely to buy anything today, but he continued to treat me as if I was the only thing that mattered at the time. After chatting a short time, Eric said he had something that he thought would be perfect for meand, he was right! I ended up falling in love with a 4 door impreza and Eric offered me a deal I simply couldn't refuse. I never would have imagined buying a car could be so easy, and actually enjoyable!
