Never got any pressure to buy, just highlighting the features important to us. We decided the Crosstrek was the best car for us and let them know. We went through Costco auto program and negotiating was less than five minutes, just enough time to look up the price. Jeff made everything comfortable and easy for us and we're grateful. More
