We went to Napleton’s Subaru, worst experience, they were HIGH pressure, used classic sales tactics and offered us a ridiculous price $35,194 before tax. (we ended up walking out). Quick & Easy! Nick was an extremely knowledgeable and approachable sales associate. This is the first time I've been in the market to buy a car in ten years, so obv Nick was an extremely knowledgeable and approachable sales associate. This is the first time I've been in the market to buy a car in ten years, so obviously a lot has changed. Nick was attentive to my needs in what I was looking for in a compact SUV and took the time to show me several different Subaru Crosstrek's and explain the differences in the trim levels. I also felt extremely comfortable during the test drive, he showed me how to use the Eyesight technology as well as let me take the car on an extended test drive to see how it would handle on the highway since I have a long commute to work. When it came time to purchase, Nick was extremely straight forward and I got a great deal on a 2019 Limited Subaru Crosstrek as well as a reasonable trade in value for my 2010 Mazda 3. Nick went out of his way to make sure I felt comfortable with all the new technology in my Crosstrek before leaving the dealer and gave me a follow up call the next day to help me set up the MySubaru app with Starlink that includes a remote start. Overall I feel extremely happy and confident in my purchase and I'm grateful Nick was my salesperson. Thank you! More
