Honest and fair experience!! I walked into the dealership wanting to not like anything as I thought I knew what I wanted, and it wasn't with Subaru. Jon explained the differences I walked into the dealership wanting to not like anything as I thought I knew what I wanted, and it wasn't with Subaru. Jon explained the differences and similarities between some of the cars to me and was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles. The cars sounded good but I was still stuck on what I thought I wanted. That was until I got in the car and Jon took me on a short drive around the parking lot to show me what exactly the car did or did not do specifically on really icy conditions. I was impressed and sold by the time we drove once around the building. We did go on a longer test drive and Jon continued to show me the different features of the vehicle. I had previously found the same car online at a different dealership and Jon said he would have it in North Aurora by the morning on the following day. When I showed up the next morning the car was there and ready for a test drive. Throughout the process of purchasing the car all of my questions were answered and the staff did an amazing job to help me stay within my budget and at the same time get the things that I wanted. I appreciate the honesty and fairness that this dealership has to offer and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More

GREAT EXPERIENCE I came into the dealership not actually looking to buy a car and walking out with one. As we all do, of course I wanted a new car, but that reality di I came into the dealership not actually looking to buy a car and walking out with one. As we all do, of course I wanted a new car, but that reality didn't set in until I met John. Honestly, I wouldn't have bought a car if it wasn't for him. He was so nice, very welcoming, and genuine. I know dealers try to pull your leg and give you the whole she-bang, but John was straight to the point, and seemed very genuine with everything that he said. I wanted to give him the sale, and he wanted to give me a new car that I was happy with. As we worked out the details when we found the right car, I couldn't contain myself and just smiled. I bought a "new" used car and I know John did not get much commission off of it, but he went the extra mile. We need more people like him in this world! THANKS BIG JOHN! I hope to buy another car from you, wouldn't have it any other way. More

I have asked 4 times already to be taken off their mailing list, but no success. Perhaps this idiot does not speak English or is too stupid to know how to service the mailing list. Anyway, do NOT give them your emails unless you like getting junk mail all the time. Pick some other, more professional dealership. More
Lovin my New Legacy Limited! When I in the early stages of looking for a car I stopped by the Subaru dealership and was greeted by Jeff Racine. I explained to Jeff that I was not in any hurry to purchase a car. That I am the type of person that needs to research, review, come back test drive again, and again before I make my final choice. He respected and understood my car buying process. I came back many times and Jeff always made me feel welcomed and never pressured me to purchase. As a matter of fact, he encouraged me to keep coming back. And I did. One time when I stopped by for an additional test drive, Jeff was not working on that particular day. I met Sean and explained that I was currently working with Jeff and that maybe I should stop by the following day when Jeff would be in. Sean explained to me that they work together as a team and that I was welcomed to take another test drive and that he didn't mind helping me. Very impressive! Another time I stopped by and Jon answered some additional questions and Ryan Bravi answered all of my finance questions. How many dealerships have that type of teamwork? I LOVE my new Subaru and so does my family, friends and neighbors, I can't say enough great things about my experience at Gerald Subaru, my personal salesperson Jeff, and the actual purchasing experience was exceptional as well. Even after purchasing the car Gerald has exceeded expectations. I stopped by the other day and had a question about a feature, Jeff was outside and immediately greeted me and showed me exactly what to do. He said to stop by anytime if I have additional questions, and I know he meant that and we both know I will. Thanks Gerald Subaru for making this car buying experience very pleasant. I'm THRILLED!
