I contacted Germain Audi because it was the nearest dealership and explained the issue to the rep answering the phone. She told me to come right in, that there would be a technician waiting to assess the issue and get it resolved without delay. I did and there was a tech waiting, he knew the issue I was having and he took care of it within minutes and was back on the road without a care in the world (other than the 11 hour road trip). The tech's name was Troy but do not remember the young lady who answered the phone and gave him my message. But my thank you to them both for such wonderful customer service!! More

Fantastic experience Don, Zach and Kashaka were all really nice and helpful. Everyone went out of their way to answer all my questions and help me afford my new car. It was a very low-pressure and enjoyable experience. The only thing was I was unable to negotiate any pricing aspect of the car I purchased. Granted, they "priced the car to sell" but I thought I would have had at least a few negotiation opportunities. Otherwise the whole experience was explained well and straightforward. More

Poor Buying Experience My experience as a perspective buyer was terrible. I ultimately did not buy a car from them. I went in 4 times to look or test drive an new A3 Audi. After that, I was shuffled to whomever had a few minutes free, including the manager and the technical support person. Possibly it was because I came in looking at the lowest price range of the inventory (they also sell Porsche). The reason does not matter. If they had been a bit more attentive, and if there had been continuity of one sales representative, they could easily have sold me a car. More
First time online buyer I have been telling everyone how easy you made it to buy a car online. A lot of the credit goes to Shawn. He personally went out and climbed around in the car so he could answer my questions. Then he followed up via email, so I had a record of what we talked about. This is the first time I've bought a car sight unseen online and many of my friends were more than a little surprised that I would do that. All in all it was a great experience and I got a great car. I was impressed with Germain Audi. More
PURCHASE OF 2015 AUDI Q5 I purchased a 2015 Audi Q5 from Don at Germain of Ann Arbor. Don was outstanding. He was very caring and comforting which put me at ease during the I purchased a 2015 Audi Q5 from Don at Germain of Ann Arbor. Don was outstanding. He was very caring and comforting which put me at ease during the purchasing process. I was impressed with his vehicle knowledgeable which was evident when he explained the advantage of the Quattro system during my test drive. Kashaka was superb in handling all the financial aspects of my purchase. He was very organized and methodical as he presented all the purchasing documents to me. He explained every detail of the entire contract. He was eager to answer all my questions and did an outstanding job of presenting all the available packages and purchasing options. Rod did an excellent job explaining all the equipment and features of my vehicle. He programmed the phone system for me. He systematically guided me thorough all the different phone functions, navigation system features and climate control settings. He even demonstrated the “candy bar cooler” adjustable air conditioning outlet in the glove box. Overall, my purchasing experience went very smoothly. I would highly recommend Germain of Ann Arbor to anyone who is thinking of purchasing a vehicle. More
Service, Punctured Tire. I brought my car in this morning to patch a slow leak in one of its tires. Upon expectation, the assigned Germain technical discovered that a nail I brought my car in this morning to patch a slow leak in one of its tires. Upon expectation, the assigned Germain technical discovered that a nail was responsible and due to the puncture's location a patch would not hold, so a new tire had to be purchased. Without a matching tire available, Zack and Ryan scrambled to located one and were successful. So rather than needing to return a day or two later for the replacement, I was able to drive away within a hour. Additionally, Zack, as a courtesy for my new Audi being a recent purchase, passed on a lower-than-retail price. Throughout the entire process neither Zack or Ryan ever displayed a feeling of discomfort. They, simply, focused on the solution. There isn't a doubt in my mind that they treat every customer in the same professional manner. More
Engine light on Brought the car in , for 45 000 mile service, oil change. ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON, and they did not address this. Did the 45000 mile service and said the car was OK ( told them we were getting ready for a cross country car trip to Seattle, 25000 miles away) When I called back to say the engine light was on, the answer came that they "just did the service , DID NOT CHECK THE ENGINE LIGHT, because that would have been DIAGNOSTIC" !!!! Well, we wanted a diagnostic , I guess :if the engine light is on when you take the car in, then they would not address it ???? Otherwise, polite and nice people ( that is the reason I am not including the name of the advisor ) More
